Travel Policy for ALL Theatre:

If work takes place more than 75 miles from Los Angeles, please provide lodging, travel, and per diem.

Please note that the roles of Fight Director and Intimacy Director are TWO DIFFERENT JOBS and they will be contracted accordingly, if both services are desired upon contract and project negotiation

Professional Theatre (Non- LORT)

Rehearsal Rate: There are two routes for this type of contract:

Hourly or flat contracted rate

-$150/ hour for rehearsals
- $200 flat rate for tech/ dress rehearsals
- Note: At least 1 tech/ dress rehearsal is mandatory
ALL Contracts start from $1000 per project for the role of Intimacy Director. Once I discuss needs with directors and producers, this rate will increase accordingly.
○ Please note that this flat contract rate will have a cap on hours that can be contributed to the project, if services exceed that capped amount of hours, additional hours will be charged at the hourly rate or be negotiated with an addendum to the original contract with producer approval.
● Please note that the roles of Fight Director and Intimacy Director are TWO DIFFERENT jobs and they will be contracted accordingly if both services are desired upon contract and project negotiations.

Professional Theatre (LORT Contracts)

If Daily Rate is used, it is calculated at about 50% of LORT director daily minimum rates for 5 rehearsals/ week for 5 weeks. Flat Fees/ Rates are calculated at 15 rehearsals at the daily rate minus 20%

Special Rates for College Level, High Schools, & Middle Schools

Recognizing the importance of providing educational institutions with access to intimacy direction at an affordable rate, I offer discounted rates for schools

Rehearsal Rate: $75/ hour
- Tech/ Dress Rehearsal Rate: $150 flat rate (at least 1 tech/ dress rehearsal is mandatory)
Rehearsal Rate: $100/ hour
Tech/ Dress Rehearsal Rate: $200 flat rate (at least 1 tech/ dress rehearsal is mandatory)

Additional Services: Workshops (In-Person) & Consultations (Phone Call or Zoom)

Whether your cast and crew need a crash course in intimacy direction or ongoing guidance, I offer workshops tailored to your project’s needs. This includes offering consent and chemistry building workshops

Rate: $125/ hour
